Zac came up through the trade. NPTC qualified, years on the climbing line for other firms, then set up his own van doing tree work for friends and neighbours in Kent.
Word got around. One garden became three, three became a regular round. We now cover the whole county with a proper team, the right insurance, and a five star reputation.
We've stayed deliberately small. Zac still answers the phone, still attends most site visits, still signs every quote. When you ring Lucas Arborist, you get the person whose name's on the van.
